After waiting an 1 hour this is only thing we got form here: glass of water. Still here waiting for food, please hurry up do something bring the food , after this not expecting a lot from food too?. Ps. The owner came to us and served the food and look after us which was amazing, understandable they were busy and asked for apologies, the food was amazing no complaints on that. Overall it’s a amazing place for food. The bun was amazing

Visited The Royal Udupi with my family and walked away genuinely impressed. Tried the various combo meals that included the Podi Benne Dosa, Benne Masala Dosa, Onion Spinach Cashew Pakoras, Ghee Podi Idly, Kesar Bath, Filter Coffee and Mango Lassi. Every single dish hit the mark. The food tasted fresh, authentic and full of flavour, and the benne dosas were easily the standout. The combo portions were generous for the price, so it felt like great value without compromising on quality. The restaurant itself is spacious, spotless and beautifully done, with interiors that capture the Udupi/South India vibe without feeling over the top. What completed the experience was the warm hospitality. Friendly staff, delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere made for one of those meals where everything just came together. Sydney has been missing a place that does Udupi cuisine and this well! This is a fantastic addition! On a cold Sydney evening, a hot benne dosa followed by a piping hot filter coffee is hard to beat. 🤤 It's conveniently located too, which is another bonus. Sadly, I couldn't fit in the Thatte Idly, Mangalore Buns or Vadas, coz there's only so much one can eat in a sitting! But that's an easy excuse to come back. Wishing the team all the very best. Here's hoping they keep this quality and consistency going because they've made a brilliant first impression.
