I had a wonderful experience visiting this spot in Parklea. The food was fresh, flavorful, and presented beautifully on these convenient compartmentalized plates. Everything tasted authentic and was prepared with such care. I especially loved the crispy textures of the different items, and the variety of chutneys provided a perfect balance to the meal. It is exactly the kind of satisfying comfort food I look for. I cannot wait to come back and try more of the menu. This place is a real gem for anyone looking for a great meal.

We visited Idli Project today and had the Royal Thali. It included idli, vada, masala dosa, Gobi 65, kothu paratha, sweets, and several other delicious dishes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A special mention to Naresh, who patiently explained the recipes and preparation methods, especially for the kothu paratha. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The service was excellent, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout. Overall, a wonderful experience with authentic South Indian flavors. Highly recommended!

I had visited this restaurant when we’d been to pickup few vegetables & groceries from Parklea market on a Saturday morning with my sister in law. I was pretty surprised and impressed to find a pure South Indian restaurant (pure vegetarian) in Sydney. We found this restaurant as soon as we step in to the market as the first store in line. We decided to take away idli vada, Masala dosay, and breakfast combo meantime we had filter coffee while our food was getting prepped and packed. Filter coffee was amazing. Coming to food that we took away, I had idli & vada. Idli tasted very good along with 2 different chutneys and sambar. But the vada was not that good because it wasn’t crispy and crunchy like how it is supposed to be. However considering rest of the dishes, it was a good try. I would definitely recommend you to try their red chutney (tomato chutney) which became my favourite.

The best masala dosa, the softest idly and the crispest poori over on this side of the world, I'd say! Come and try it, if you're a fan of Southern Indian Favourites; you'd love it!

Great tasting South Indian food, good and quick service. Loved the idlis and the podi, sambhar was tasty. The outdoor area can get a bit stifling in the heat, so if you can grab an indoor one it will be better experience. The porous were not that great but the rest of the food was good.
