We went there because of veg only restaurant. We ordered Biryani, Mysore Masala dosa, katka Idli, ghee podi Idli, paneer 65 , pizza uttapam, mendu vada & Andhra spicy gongura dosa. Everything was freshly made. Green chutney and sambhar was very tasty. Proper south indian taste. All the mains was delicious too except Mysore Masala. Mysore Masala was so spicy that you can only feel chilli poured on it. Otherwise, price are very reasonable and staff were very friendly and polite. Will revisit for sure.

Had a great experience at Maaplas! The food was fresh, tasty, and full of flavor. The soup was especially amazing — hot, comforting, and perfectly seasoned. Service was friendly and the atmosphere felt welcoming. Definitely a place worth visiting again for good quality food and delicious soup.

First time trying this new southern Indian spot and it didn’t disappoint. The upma was so great. I also loved the pizza uttapam, rava dosa and kadak chai. You order via a tablet but staff were happy to talk through the menu. Prices were reasonable.

Authentic and fresh Indian food, tastes great and feels like home. Highly Recommended, worth the price for the quantity. Try one dish and you will not stop ordering more.

I’m honestly blown away. I ordered the Mysore Dosa and Paneer 65, and hands down, this was one of the best dosas I’ve ever had in Melbourne. The dosa was perfect, but the real game was in sambar and chutney bro, genuinely the best I’ve ever had here. I’ve never tasted sambar and chutney this good anywhere else in Melbourne. The Paneer 65 was super crispy, full of flavor, and absolutely delicious. What amazed me even more was the price.... brooo both dishes for under $16, and I was completely full. Super affordable, extremely pocket-friendly, and perfect for students. Thing is I went there pretty late at the closing time, yet the polite manager and staff still let me place my order and handed over my takeaway. I just loved it all! Everything was spot on. I’d give this place 100/10 without hesitation. A must-visit if you love authentic south food guysss! (Visited on 18th Jan 2026)
