An almost reminder of Bangalore taste. Dosa was crisp and tasty, Sagoo dosa almost came close to the OG Bangalore dosas, but the show stopper was masala puri and pani puri, and the Honey cake 🤌🏼. So do give this a try but heads up the wait can be longer and cold so go there ready.

Hands down one of the best places in Sydney for authentic Bengaluru-style food. We travel over 50 kms from Campbelltown and visit at least twice a month because the food is that satisfying. The masala dosa and masala puri are our go-to dishes every single time. Don’t miss the honey cake and bonda soup either, they’re just as delicious. Over the months, we’ve tried almost everything on the menu, and we’ve genuinely never had a dish that disappointed us. Every item is packed with authentic flavours and prepared consistently well. What truly makes Ingu stand out is its consistency. The taste and quality have remained exactly the same since our first visit, something that’s surprisingly rare to find in Sydney. Every meal has been just as good as the last. The restaurant is always busy, so expect a wait, but the staff manage it efficiently and keep everyone informed throughout. Worth every kilometre. Highly recommended!

I loved the Food. I couldn't believe it the first time that how can I get such authentic taste of South India here in Sydney. So, I went again to experience and wanted to wait to write this review, just to check that was it a fluke or it's the chef's magic. And I couldn't stop mys elf writing this review that being a die hard South Indian, I haven't tasted such a delicious Dosa and Maddur vada in Sydney. It felt like having at home. Hope to have Honey Cake next time which was not available last Saturday evening. Just a recommendation, please add dippu vade.... Also, special shout out to Puneet or Punish, sorry about the name. We waited for more than an hour and he kept informing us and coming back to us to make sure we are well informed of the situation. I am a hospitality professional, so I know when it's a combination of Amazing food and a Good service, you don't win customers You Win Hearts. See you again Ingu, Loved the FOOD....

Our trip to Sydney from NZ was made so worthwhile after discovering this gem - Ingu Café. Thanks to our friends for letting us know about this place and taking us there. The food here tastes exactly like what you get in Bangalore. Every single item we ordered was delicious, fresh, and spot on. I had been craving honey cake for years and theirs was perfect. The masala dose, masala puri, and maddur vade were just so amazing and authentic - took us straight back to home. If you miss authentic Bangalore flavours, don’t miss this place!

We came here when I could not wait anymore to have my favourite Bangalore dosas, cause let’s face it, no self respecting Bangalorean would like anything else served around here. I digress, the dosas were super perfect in crisp , crunch. The softness and melt in mouth factor was amazing. The masala stuffed inside was perfectly squished potato’s and no irritants. The chutney was amazing .. the sambaar was tad watery and the recipe I would highly ask them to tweak to get better consistency and colour. Desi world in parra had byadgu chillies in case you guys were looking. The vada took me back to my childhood.. the airiness and crispiness was on point while I would have liked it to be little bigger . They should considering adding dippu vade , khara bhath and poori saagu when they settle down. We took away maddur vade which we all kept sneaking in to eat the whole day at home. The dosas size are small and for that price point , it was a little disheartening .. but getting something this close to the food I grew up eating made me feel better. The coffee was perrrfect. Their bakery had one lone honey cake left which I wanted to taste so bad.. maybe add that iyengar bakery toast to your menu too… thanks guys.. we moved out of blr and have only places like this which remind us of our childhood . Definitely recommend this place and suggest they open other days too or atleast add the Sunday . I can’t wait to go back to try the evening items .
